Gregor Funcke Krumdiek studied in Munich-Germany in the Fachhochschule für Hotel – und Gaststättengewerbe am Simon Knoll Platz, working afterwards in numerous hotels and restaurants in Germany, Spain and the UK.  He has been part of the Le Cordon Bleu staff of chefs in Peru since 2007.

Dear colleagues,

it is with great pleasure that I present to you this 3-day Peruvian cuisine program. We will be cooking and tasting different recipes divided in three great topics:

-potatoes

-quinoa

-chilies

We are very proud to show you our cuisine, where we melt ingredients of great freshness, cooking techniques and our heritage, ready to captivate and delight your palate and take you to a journey through our land.
