Professional Seminar of Marc Vaca from Le Cordon Bleu – “Fine Dining Techniques”

Le Cordon Bleu Paris, the leading Global Network of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institutes, participated in the 5th Gastronomy Festival this year, making it one-of-a-kind! Le Cordon Bleu and the Chef Marc Vaca conducted a  3-day seminar in Premier Luxury Mountain Resort regarding “Fine Dining Techniques” provoking the participants to acquire important skills in terms of Fine Dining Cuisine. Exciting demonstrations with extraordinary combinations and techniques amazed all the participants, elevating their “fine dining” level of gastro art. We deeply thank Le Cordon Bleu Paris and we are looking forward for next year’s Gastronomy Festival.
