Exciting new beginning of another beautiful gastronomic “journey”

With great pleasure and plenty of excitement, we announce you the upcoming 5th Gastronomy Festival in Bansko. Hosted by our hotel, Premier Luxury Mountain Resort, from 4-20 November 2016, this year’s festival will definitely have it all!

Chefs from the global culinary scene will garnish this year’s festival with their presence, distinctive skills and unprecedented gourmet dishes, offering at the same time valuable pieces of advice to either chefs or just to lovers of culinary arts.

Furthermore, numerous interesting events of the tempting gastronomic world are going to be presented to the audience. With the support of the awarded and worldwide known institution, Le Cordon Blue Paris, we are going to go a step further this year by expanding more towards the educational side of the culinary art, with special training programs for everybody. To be more specific, from 9-11 the renowned Le Cordon Blue Paris will conduct a “Fine Dining Techniques” seminar for all the creative chefs who are willing to discover more alluring techniques.

Every participant, starting from chefs and waiters, to hotel’s organizers and employees and mostly the food & wine lovers is proved to be inseparable and able to turn this year’s Festival into a real Fest.
