Chefs from global culinary scene garnished the event with their presence, distinctive skills and unprecedented gourmet dishes, while numerous winemaking choices and events were presented to the audience. With the support of significant institutions like Le Cordon Blue Madrid and the awarded Italian Chef Gianfranco Chiarini, we challenged ourselves and went a step further this year by expanding to the educational side of culinary as well, with special training programs for professionals.
All participants starting from chefs and waiters, to hotel’s organizers and employees and mostly the food & wine lovers that honored us with their presence, proved to be inseparable part of turning this year’s Festival into a real Fest.
